The CS series of cam switches offer the ultimate in selector switch flexibility. Available up to 12 positions, with up to 20 contacts they can meet almost any selection need. Choose from four different detent angles. Staggered screw terminals allow for easy wiring, and a large variety of handle styles are available (including key operated) to satisfy almost any demand either aesthetic or functional. The IDEC commitment to assuring safety in all operating environments has resulted in stylish, compact and space-saving switches and pilot devices. The innovative two-step locking lever integrated with a guard provides a higher level of safety, and the low projection from the panel surface reduces the possibility of unexpected activation or operator damage. The CW series add a sleek and stylish image to the panel with black or metallic bezels. The shortest depth behind the panel in its class contributes to reducing machine and control panel size.

Our E-stop stations offer a variety of contact configurations; 29, 40 or 60mm mushroom heads; metal or plastic bezels; illuminated or non-illuminated versions; and spring-up terminals (HW series) or standard terminals (XW series). Plus E-stop stations offer customers a choice between Push-lock turn, Push-pull and Push-lock key reset operations and the bright yellow enclosures enhance visibility ensuring they can be easily located in case of emergency.
IDEC now offers plastic enclosures for HW, TW and XW 22mm switches and pilot devices. These enclosures are available in three sizes and can be used to mount up to five 22mm switches. With an outer depth of only 59.5mm it’s easy to mount them in confined spaces, while a polycarbonate cover and base with stainless steel screws makes them corrosion resistant and durable for a longer life. All enclosures are beige in color; however one-hole enclosures are also available in yellow making them perfect for installing with HW, TW and XW Emergency Stop switches. The bright color enhances visibility making them easy to locate in case of an emergency. All FB enclosures are also IP65 and NEMA Type 4X rated.
Building on a long history of pushbutton dominance, IDEC offers its internationally rated 22mm pushbuttons and pilot devices, the HW series. These IEC style devices feature tamperproof mounting and construction, modular stackable contact blocks with IP20 fingersafe screw terminals, and pure silver contacts with a self cleaning action. Models include illuminated and non-illuminated pushbuttons, pilot lights, selector switches, key switches, mono-levers, pushbutton-selectors, and Emergency Stop switches. Safety and ease of use were of paramount concern in the development of this line of switches, as evidenced by the simple mounting procedure, mechanically keyed safety lever lock (to prevent contact separation in heavy vibration applications), and wide variety of Emergency Stop models (all of which meet EN418). Unique to the HW series is the HW Unibody E-Stop, which features one piece construction that prevents tampering or incorrect mounting from hindering the functionality of the switch. Another first is the spring loaded captive screw terminals, which make ring terminal wiring easier than ever before.
